1 Introduction & Definitions

Vk9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between vk9 and its users.

2 Account Registration

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• A maximum bet limit applies to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Bonuses generally expire if unused within 30 days of being issued.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5 Betting Rules

Core Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed (except where a cashout option is available).
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.
• Betting from multiple accounts against the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Maximum Payout

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk9 platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward the support team.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

An account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• When taking a voluntary break under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Prior to account closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their real balance (excluding bonuses). This may be temporarily withheld if an investigation is ongoing.

8 Responsible Gaming
